Even your best forklift drivers have problems judging the tilt of their forks when entering or exiting pallets. The risk of pallets mistakenly being pushed or pulled off of a rack or stack is significant. OSHA requires level forks when lifting people on a safety platform. Take control of these problems, by making a forklift level indicator part of your driver safety equipment.

The main cause of product, rack and equipment damage is forks tilted at the wrong angle. If the forks are not level, drivers can spear product from inside or above the pallet opening, bend or push over racking, and splinter pallets. The Flat Fork Leveller will quickly pay for itself through less damages.

Two models to choose from.

  • Counterbalance Forklift with mask tilt.

  • Reach truck with fork carriage tilt.

Frequently Asked Questions

Question: How do I turn the unit on and off?

Answer: You don’t. It’s motion-activated and turns on and off automatically depending on whether the forklift is being used.

Question: Our forklifts work in dirty, cold conditions and we wash them with high-pressure spray hoses. Will the FlatFork last? I have a cold temperature warehouse, will the batteries last?

Answer: The D alkaline batteries will have a shorter life in extremely cold conditions, but should still deliver approximately a 9-month battery life before needing to be recharged or replaced.

Question: Our forklifts often work outside in the rain. Will this product last?

Answer: Yes, it will. We use ABS outer boxes, stainless steel fasteners, nickel coated magnets and UV protected and waterproof Lexan labels for durability. We also seal our units with epoxy.

Question: If I want to move the unit from the right side of the mast to the left side, can I do that?

Answer: Yes. The FlatFork is designed to work both right-side up and upside down. Just flip the unit upside down to attach it to the left side of the mast, with the lights facing the driver. The red/yellow/green lights will work as expected.

Question: How easy is it to change the batteries?

Answer: Really easy. Just unscrew the top cover to access the battery compartment.

Question: What is your product guarantee?

Answer: Within 2 years after purchase, you can return the unit to us for a full replacement if there is any manufacturing defect. You can return a unit for any reason for a full refund within 90 days of purchase.

Question: Is there any ongoing maintenance required?

Answer: No, Only changing the batteries as needed.
